SWRvocal ensemble
The Neue Kammerchor Heidenheim, conducted by Thomas Kammel, was selected for the 2014/2015 season for the sponsored choir project of the SWR vocal ensemble. For choir director Thomas Kammel it is an "honor and incentive that his annually renewed ensemble is supported by this world-famous sponsor from the entire broadcasting areawas selected.
Heidenheim Opera Festival
With the opera festival, the new generation of the New Chamber Choir gets the opportunity to take part in a professional opera production. A children's choir is provided by the eleven of the NKC. In the 2022 season, the Eleven sang the Ragazzi choir in the Carmina Burana.
Oratorio Choir Ulm eV
Young soloists or a small cast of the NKC have repeatedly performed at performances by the Ulm Oratorio Choir,
such as in Mendelssohn's Elias, the opera King Arthur by Henry Purcell or most recently in Gabriel Fauré's Requiem.
Baden-Württemberg State Wind Orchestra
With the Landesblasorchester Baden-Württemberg, the NKC had the honor of taking part in the European premiere of the 5th Lord of the Rings Symphony by Johan de Meij. There were a total of 4 performances of "Return To Middle Earth" in 2019, including at the German Music Festival in Osnabrück and at the Federal Horticultural Show in Heilbronn.
Philharmonic Orchestra of the City of Ulm
In July 2018, the Neue Kammerchor Heidenheim and the Philharmonic Orchestra of the City of Ulm performed The Armed Man as part of the Donaufest :
A Mass For Peace by Karl Jenkins in the Pauluskirche in Ulm.
